Hack of: Crystal
Updated: September 12, 2016
Despite being a sequel to Blue Kaizo, this game follows the story of Pokemon Crystal. Then again, if you think about it, Blue Kaizo is based on Blue, which is Gen, and Crystal is Gen 2, so either way the story works.
Also, be sure to check out the Pokemon Sword and Shield!
There are some interesting features and there are 252 Pokemon to catch in the game, but this one Pokemon is a mystery to catch. We also mentioned that the game is a bit tricky, which is good if you like a challenge. Evolution Stones can be purchased, and all Eevee forms can be evolved with these Stones. Use the Moonstone to evolve Umbreon and the Sunstone to evolve Espeon. Speaking of evolution, all Pokemon that need to be traded evolve except for Slowking, which can be evolved with a water stone. There’s also the Odd Egg, which is guaranteed to get you a Shiny. Gym Leaders and Elite Four members have a Team of 6 and 1 Shiny within them.
Pokemon Crystal Kaizo Gameplay
The gameplay of Pokemon Crystal Kaizo is similar to that of the original game, where the player must explore the Johto and Kanto regions, battle Gym Leaders, and collect all eight badges to challenge the Elite Four. However, the difficulty is significantly increased, and the trainers and gym leaders have much stronger Pokemon, better move sets, and higher levels. The puzzles are also more challenging, requiring the player to think outside the box to progress. In addition, some Pokemon have altered typings, abilities, and move sets, making team-building and battles more challenging. Overall, Pokemon Crystal Kaizo offers a unique and challenging experience for fans of the Pokemon series who are looking for a more difficult gameplay experience.
